The Quarterly Journal of International Criminal Law (ICLJ) welcomes the submission of original research and review articles from authors and scholars in all relevant fields.

Published exclusively online, the journal appears in Persian, accompanied by English abstracts.

Submitted manuscripts undergo a double‑blind peer‑review process, typically completed within approximately four months of submission.

We adhere to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and fully observe the Research Ethics Charter.

The journal follows an open‑access policy, ensuring free and unrestricted access to all articles.

There are no fees for submission, peer review, or publication in this journal.
