Peer Review Process

Peer Review and Publication Process

  1. Submission – Manuscripts must be submitted by the author in accordance with the journal’s author guidelines.
  2. Preliminary Review – The Scientific Editor conducts an initial assessment to ensure compliance with the journal’s requirements. If the manuscript does not meet the criteria, it is returned to the author for revision; otherwise, it is forwarded to the Editor‑in‑Chief for consideration.
  3. Editorial Decision – The Editor‑in‑Chief decides whether the manuscript contains relevant research approaches and falls within the journal’s scope. Manuscripts outside these bounds will be archived; eligible manuscripts proceed to peer review.
  4. Peer Review – Reviewers provide one of three recommendations: Reject, Accept with Revisions, or Accept as Submitted.
    • In the case of rejection, the manuscript is archived.
    • If revisions are required, the manuscript is returned to the author for correction.
    • If accepted as submitted (or once revisions are approved), the manuscript advances to the next stage.
  5. Final Decision – The revised or accepted manuscript is reviewed by the Editorial Board, whose decision on acceptance or rejection is final.
  6. Preparation for Publication – Upon final approval, the manuscript undergoes technical and language editing, typesetting, and is scheduled for publication.
