Key Points

  • The journal welcomes research and review articles from all authors and scholars.
  • All manuscripts must be submitted exclusively via the journal’s official email address.
  • Each submission must include a plagiarism check report.
  • Only one active submission per author is allowed until a final editorial decision is made.
  • Manuscripts must not be under review by other journals simultaneously.

  • The corresponding author must complete and submit the Authorship and Conflict of Interest Form with the manuscript.
  • Manuscripts with a similarity index greater than 10% will not proceed to review.
  • Failure to comply with these requirements may result in immediate rejection.

Manuscript Formatting Guide

1. Structure of the Manuscript

A complete manuscript consists of the following sections: abstract, main text, conclusion (including ethical considerations, conflict of interest statement, and acknowledgments), and references.

Title Page
  • Contains: manuscript title, authors’ full names, academic affiliations, and contact details (preferably academic email addresses).
  • The corresponding author must be clearly indicated in parentheses.
  • Title font: Mitra 13; author names: Mitra 12.
Persian Abstract (Page 2)
  • Centered title, followed by an abstract of 150–250 words.
  • Font: Mitra 12.
  • Include 4–6 keywords, separated by commas.
English Abstract (Page 3)
  • Exact English version of the Persian abstract.
  • Font: Times New Roman 11.
Main Text (Page 4 onward)
  • Major section headings (e.g., Introduction, Main Text, Conclusion) in bold, without numbering.
  • Subheadings in bold using German-style numbering (e.g., 1–, 1‑1–, etc.).
  • Font: Mitra 13, line spacing 1.15.
  • Paragraphs should be flush‑left with no indentation.
  • All non‑Persian terms must be followed by their original form in a footnote.
  • Use footnotes for legal citations, scripture, or extended explanations (restart numbering on each page).
  • Tables and figures must have titles and captions (e.g., Table 1:…).
  • Article length: 3,500–8,000 words.
Conclusion
  • Summarizes the research findings, confirming or rejecting the hypotheses.
  • May include suggestions immediately following the results section.
Ethical Considerations
  • State any ethical aspects relevant to the work.
Conflict of Interest
  • Declare any existing conflicts.
Author Contributions
  • Specify each author’s contribution.
Acknowledgments
  • Mention individuals or institutions who supported the work.
Funding
  • Name any financial sponsors of the research.

2. Referencing Style

In‑Text Citations
  • Use parentheses immediately after the cited material.
  • Font: Times New Roman 11 for English entries.
  • Preferred: highlight in‑text citations in red.

Examples:

  • One author: (Alavi, 2019) or (Lane, 2020)
  • Two authors: (Alavi & Mohammadi, 2019)
  • More than two: (Alavi et al., 2019)
  • Translated work: (Marty, 1998: 12)
  • Dictionary: (Moein, entry: “Director”)
  • Quran: (Baqarah/12)
  • Website: (Leader.ir, 2020) with last access date.
  • No date: use (N.D.).
  • Avoid “ibid.” — repeat full reference.
Reference List
  • List Persian sources first, then Latin sources, then websites.
  • Arrange alphabetically within each group.
  • Religious texts (e.g., Quran) appear at the start without translator or publisher info.
  • Repeat author’s name for multiple works, without using dashes.
  • No numbering; start each entry with a dash.
