The American statesmen's fear of the appearance of the savior of the human world with the signs that have been introduced in the narrations has caused brutal actions against the world and they have not given up on any action due to the preservation of their existence. One of the most important measures is the formation of a single global government and its purpose is to counter the emergence of the savior of mankind. HAARP Technology has made this easy for them by reducing the population. The main purpose of this article is to examine the world government of the United States with HAARP Technology and to confront it with the Jihad strategy. The research method is descriptive and analytical. The findings of the research indicate that HAARP Technology is a factor in achieving global governance, and in the meantime, the duty of explaining jihad, which has been emphasized many times by the Supreme Leader can be a suitable strategy to counter USA's goals.
