The Scope of Compliance of Sexual Abuse and Exploitation in the Law on Protection of Children and Adolescents Approved in 2019 with International Documents

Abstract
Children and adolescents are considered to be the most vulnerable people in human society due to their weak physical strength and lack of analytical skills. The need for a differentiated approach to children's rights in order to apply protective policies for them in accordance with international standards, on the one hand, and their vulnerability to all kinds of abuses, on the other hand, has caused the issue of sexual abuse of children and adolescents be investigated. The purpose is improving legal protection for them and creating mechanisms to deal with this phenomenon. This article is a descriptive-analytical study and examines the concepts and examples of sexual abuse, with a comparative study of the Law on the Protection of Children and Adolescents approved in 2019 with international documents with emphasizing on Convention on the Rights of the Child as the main The most international document in this field and seeks to examine the criminal law dimensions of this problem.
