Abstract
The need to deal with the financial corruption of the officials has caused that in many legal systems, requirements regarding the handling of the assets of some officials and the monitoring of how they acquire the property are foreseen, which by promoting accountability and increasing transparency; It will also lead to public trust of citizens in brokers. Creating transparency and accountability among the country's public officials on the one hand and preventing their administrative corruption on the other hand are the criteria of good governance. One of the factors of guaranteeing the above elements is the formulation and approval of laws that include the declaration of property and assets of officials, which plays a significant role in achieving the above principles. These laws must have the contents and declared items, the officials involved, the institution in charge of handling the declared assets, the guarantee of proper execution against violations, the verification of statements and the public disclosure of information related to the property of public officials. In different countries, there are different systems for the declaration and property of officials, each of which is in a way to prevent financial corruption in administrative affairs.
