Children are exposed to all kinds of violence, including domestic violence, depending on the state of their injuries. Although the family is the place of growth and education of children, it may become a center of violence against children. In this paper, an attempt has been made to examine the mechanisms of international human rights documents in protecting children against domestic violence, emphasizing the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The present article is descriptive and analytical and has investigated the mentioned subject using the library method. The findings show that children are supported by international human rights documents both in general documents and in specific documents related to children's rights in dealing with domestic violence. In public documents, principles such as respect for the personality and opinions of children, respect for their human dignity and non-discrimination and the principle of support, including from families, are emphasized. In special documents, including the Convention on the Rights of the Child, there are also issues, such as dealing with sexual abuse, trafficking and exploitation of child labor, dealing with the abuse of children for pornography, and dealing with their sexual exploitation in international documents and international measures to protect children against psychological abuse. and education has been emphasized. Part of the protection of children in dealing with domestic violence is related to criminal proceedings, according to which it is necessary for the child to have the necessary training in this regard in addition to a fair trial.
