Among the necessities, we can mention the acceleration of the trial process, protection of the rights of victims, and guaranteeing criminal justice. The differentiated procedure for crimes committed by legal entities, like other legal entities, is based on various foundations. Criminally confronting organized crimes committed by legal entities, guaranteeing the rights of litigants, differences in structure, independence in personality, and narrowing the scope of criminal justice intervention are among the most important reasons for this institution. The results of this procedure include improving the efficiency of the judicial system, promoting public trust, and preventing organizational abuses.
